Paul Hayward

Paul Hayward has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of HR for Chivas Brothers since September 2019, and as an HR Consultant and Coach at Evolve Executive Coaching since June 2019. Previous roles include Head of HR at Waterstones from March 2017 to February 2019, Head of HR - Retail at Mothercare for a brief stint in 2016, and acting in various HR leadership capacities at PRS for Music between 2010 and 2016. Additionally, Paul Hayward held HR positions at the Academy of Contemporary Music, zavvi retail ltd, and Virgin Retail. Education includes an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of the West of England, a Master's in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster, and a BA (Hons) in English & Music from the University of Surrey.
