Matthew Manuel, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and Support Services at Chiyoda International Corporation, where they lead a team and provides comprehensive support to corporate and project personnel. Matthew is responsible for strategic planning, human resource allocation, training and development, performance management, compensation structure, succession planning, and more. Matthew also manages the employee benefits program, global work authorization program, corporate compliance, and the implementation of a Human Capital Management system. Prior to their current role, they held positions such as Manager of Human Resources and Support Services at Chiyoda International Corporation, Senior Human Resource Generalist / ISO Management Representative at Chiyoda International Corporation, Human Resources Generalist at Freudenberg Oil & Gas Technologies, Team Administrator at Fort Bend County, Outside Consultant as a self-employed professional, and Operations Supervisor at UPS.
Matthew Manuel received their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2005. Matthew later pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Business/Human Resource Management from the same university, completing the program in 2013. Additionally, Matthew has also obtained a Masters of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
