Rick Vinciguerra

Rick Vinciguerra has over 10 years of experience in sales and category management. Rick has been the Director of Sales at Chocolove Premium Chocolate since 2017 and the Director of Category Management at Mars since 2010. At Mars, their key responsibilities included inspiring, coaching and mentoring a team of twenty Category Management associates, driving sales, growing market share, expanding distribution, implementing shelving standards, impacting efficient and effective promotion, and optimizing price and value for customers. Rick also led the broker Category Management team.

Rick Vinciguerra has a Bachelor's degree and a B.S. in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University. Rick also holds a Category Management Certification.
