Jeremy Shannon has extensive experience in network data and voice management, currently serving as the Network Data/Voice Manager at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since January 2004. In this role, Jeremy oversees all Cisco VoIP applications, including CUCM, Unity Conx, IPCCX, IMPRES, Cisco Jabber, Xmedius Fax, WebEx, Teams, and Expressway. Prior to this position, Jeremy worked at ST Communications from August 1998 to January 2004 as a Nortel-Norstar Phone Technician, where responsibilities included designing and installing Nortel, Norstar, and Avaya phone systems and implementing infrastructure. Jeremy holds a degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
