Tracy Horst

Tracy Horst has extensive experience in environmental compliance and project management within the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since January 2007. Current roles include Director of Environmental Compliance, Natural Resources & Environmental Science Program Director, and Director of Environmental Sustainability, overseeing recycling centers, managing budgets, and leading the Going Green Team. Previous experience includes roles as Quality Systems Manager at Cardinal Health and Quality Manager at Johnson & Johnson, along with a quality engineering position at Binney & Smith. Tracy holds a BS/BA in Biology and Chemistry from Southwestern College and an Associate of Arts in General Education from Cowley County Community College.
