Althene Marie Francisco is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Choice Home Warranty since February 2022, Althene has previously held significant positions at WNS Global Services as General Manager - Operations, Sitel as Director of Operations and Operations Manager, SPi Global as Senior Manager of Operations, and The Minacs Group as Sr. Operations Manager. Althene's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, majoring in Mathematics, obtained from the University of the Philippines Diliman from 1996 to 2002.
