Erich Crudup

Erich Crudup is an experienced training professional with a background in hotel and restaurant management. Since June 2006, Crudup has worked at Choice Hotels International as a Learning Facilitator and Owner Connection Lead, where responsibilities include creating and delivering training programs for Choice Associates, Franchisees, and hotel staff. Previously, Crudup served as a Performance Trainer, focusing on training hotel staff on property management systems and facilitating transitions between systems. In 2005, Crudup completed an internship as an assistant front desk manager at Lake Powell Resort and Marina, where duties involved organizing a food stand and supervising front desk agents. Crudup holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, completing studies there from 2003 to 2006, and attended the University of La Verne in 2002-2003.
