Maddie Scott

Maddie Scott is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and loyalty programs. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Loyalty Member Experience at Choice Hotels International since November 2023, Maddie has previously held significant roles at Productboard as Sr. Customer Marketing Programs Manager and at Zendesk as Senior Manager of Customer Lifecycle Marketing. At Decision Lens, Maddie contributed to lead generation and brand awareness initiatives over nearly a decade, including increasing webcast registration and enhancing client retention. Additional experience includes retail marketing at Oiselle and Fleet Feet Sports Gaithersburg, where Maddie launched successful marketing initiatives and established a customer loyalty program. Maddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
