Matthew Singer

Associate Director Strategy at Chong and Koster

Matthew Singer has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at Chong + Koster, starting as a Deputy Field Organizer at Friends of Doug Gansler, and worked their way up to Associate Director, Strategy. Before that, they held various positions such as Field Organizer at Sheldon Laskin for MD Senate, Research Assistant at the University of St Andrews, and Intern roles at Pigtown Main Street, California Democratic Party, and The Tennis Institute. Matthew also gained experience as a Pre-Employment Preparation Intern at the International Rescue Committee. Overall, Matthew has demonstrated their ability to take on increasing responsibilities and adapt to different work environments.

Matthew Singer attended The Park School of Baltimore for high school, graduating in 2015. Matthew then went on to study at the University of St Andrews from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Arabic and International Relations. In 2017, Matthew also studied at the Qasid Arabic Institute, where they focused on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Jordanian Colloquial Arabic, although no degree was conferred.
