Marc Phua

Marc Phua serves as the CEO of EvoLucent, Inc. since January 2019 and previously held the role of Medical Director from January 2015 to July 2018. Simultaneously, Marc Phua functions as a Corporate Communications Officer and Physician Medico-Legal Consultant at Chong Hua Hospital, with responsibilities including external legal counsel and medical arbitration in the private legal practice. Additionally, Marc Phua has held consulting positions at multiple medical facilities, such as Adventist Medical Center Cebu and University of Cebu Medical Center. With a background in law, including a Bachelor of Laws from the University of San Carlos, and a Doctor of Medicine from Cebu Institute of Medicine, Marc Phua combines expertise in medicine and law to provide comprehensive medico-legal consulting and expertise to various healthcare institutions. Marc Phua's experience also includes serving as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and as College President at Cebu Mary Immaculate College, Inc.
