Roxanne Hernaez

Roxanne Hernaez is a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategy management, organizational development, and training. Currently serving as the Strategy Management & Execution Officer at Chong Hua Hospital since August 2018, Roxanne leads organizational development projects while enhancing strategic execution within the organization. Prior experience includes roles such as Organizational Development Manager and Human Resources Specialist III at Makati Development Corporation, where Roxanne implemented corporate learning programs and developed a Corporate University. Roxanne's earlier career involved significant training leadership at Enfants du Mékong Entrepreneurs, facilitating partnerships with public institutions and universities. Roxanne holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Philippines Cebu and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology.
