As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire supply chain process for Ineraxon. Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Finance) to align supply chain activities and develop accurate demand forecasts supporting business objectives. Use historical data, market trends, and other relevant information to anticipate variation of demand, adjusting the supply chain accordingly.
  • Optimize inventory levels to strike a balance between having enough stock to meet demand and minimizing carrying costs. Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory or stockouts.
  • Lead supply chain activities with contract manufacturers ensuring supply contracts, requirements forecasting and shipping priorities to effectively and efficiently maintain product supply to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Hardware and Product) and contract manufacturing partners to ensure alignment of the supply chain for product changes and new product introductions maximizing product availability and minimizing excess inventory.
  • Efficiently co-ordinate and ensure appropriate performance of the global 3PL warehouse operations, including cost analysis, service levels, inventory levels and order fulfillment. Investigate issues and work to reduce errors and improve performance.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions in supply, geopolitical issues, or natural disasters. Develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks and maintain continuity of supply.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements for shipment of goods globally.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze supply chain data. Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Integrate sustainable and ethical practices into the supply chain, such as responsible sourcing and reducing the environmental impact of transportation and distribution.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (contract manufacturer, shippers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouse operators).
  • Solid understanding of hardware manufacturing in a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a 3PL environment.
  • Familiar with global trade and logistics requirements and regulations.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business,  supply chain management or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required.
