As Chief Commercial Officer you will lead the sales development and customer experience functions with a focus on driving sales by building direct to customer and partnerships within the B2B healthcare and medical space (i.e. mental health clinics, hospitals, drug development companies and employers). Responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow and build a B2B sales team to achieve our revenue targets with strong focus in US and Canada
  • Put in place a lead generation engine and manage customer engagement across the sales channel. The CCO  will spend at least 60% of their time to engage directly with customers to close deals
  • Define and achieve revenue targets within various healthcare channels (ex. mental health clinics, Pharma, Hospitals, research organizations).
  • Optimize sales processes, forecasting, pipeline generation, and pricing models. Collaborate with Marketing to create tailored content and campaigns for prospective customers.
  • Scale and nurture a high-performing sales culture, focused on delivering value to our customers. Set aggressive sales targets, optimize performance, and coach and mentor the team to achieve exponential growth.
  • Expand customers' lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives. Collaborate with Adoption and Customer Experience teams to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement a robust revenue forecasting process, utilizing data insights and market trends to predict revenue generation and plan resource allocation accordingly.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach by unifying cx processes to create a seamless and exceptional customer experience, fostering customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 10-15+ years of executive sales leadership experience, with focus on driving revenue within the B2B healthcare and medical device space
  • Strong experience and network in the healthcare vertical, specifically mental health clinics, hospitals, drug development companies.
  • Exceptional track record of successfully scaling revenue in high-growth companies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, implementing sales strategies, processes and methodologies, and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales management and analytics tools.
  • Experience overseeing customer experience functions (ex.Customer Support, Customer Success)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative thinker with customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Passion for health technology and positive impact on the healthcare industry.
