Katina Lundberg

Katina Lundberg is the VP of People Operations at Choozle. Katina has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, and has been with Choozle since 2017. Prior to Choozle, Katina was the Chief People Officer and VP of Human Resources at BryterCX. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll. Before BryterCX, Katina was the owner and Sr. Director of Human Resources Consulting at KCL HR Consulting, LLC. In this role, they provided human resources consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to that, they were the Human Resource Manager at Sogeti USA. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for a large IT consulting company.

Katina Lundberg has a PHR from SHRM - PHR, a diploma from Highlands Ranch High School, and a BS in Business Administration from Western State College. Katina also has certification from LinkedIn in Embracing Unexpected Change, Managing a Multigenerational Workforce, Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback, Managing Team Conflict, Building High-Performance Teams, Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings, Performance Review Foundations, Preventing Harassment in the Workplace. Katina is also certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and as a PHR.
