Guillaume Dayot

Guillaume Dayot is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various fields, including education, history, and the service industry. Currently an Enseignant at UQAM since November 2023 and a Chroniqueur histoire at CHOQ.ca, Guillaume possesses extensive experience in the restaurant sector, having held roles such as barman, server, barista, sommelier, and manager across multiple countries. Previous roles include English-French translator for Poparide, school brigadier with the Montreal City Police Department, and adventure guide in dog sledding and Canadian Rockies. Guillaume's educational achievements include a Master in History from UQAM and a second Master's from Nantes Université. Additionally, qualifications in firefighting and plumbing were obtained earlier in their career.
