Kevin Schuster

Kevin Schuster has a strong background in field operations, with extensive work experience in the energy industry. Kevin started their career at Conoco Natural Gas Products in 1988, where they worked in operations until 1996. Kevin then joined ConocoPhillips in 1996, initially serving as a Supervisor in Field Operations until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Kevin worked as a Superintendent in Field Operations at ConocoPhillips. In 2011, they joined Chord Energy as a Superintendent in Field Operations and later progressed to the role of Director in 2019. Currently, Kevin holds the position of Managing Director in Field Operations at Chord Energy, which they assumed in July 2022.

Kevin Schuster attended Laverne High School from 1982 to 1985. After high school, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Heavy Equipment Systems at the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee from 1985 to 1988.
