Anastasiya Tomchenko

Anastasiya Tomchenko has worked in a variety of roles in the past six years. In 2021, they became the Head of Talent at Chordify Management Consultants LLC and also founded StartVisor, where they provide startup team coaching. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Destination Services Consultant at Community Connections - Bay Area Relocation, where they assisted with the relocation of more than 100 tech and biotech professionals. Anastasiya also worked as a Partnerships & Talent Acquisition at Equally from 2020 to 2021, where they trained industry professionals to become recruiters. Before that, they were a Realtor at Coldwell Banker from 2015 to 2017, where they specialized in selling homes in Silicon Valley.

Anastasiya Tomchenko has a diverse educational background. Anastasiya began their education in 2002, when they attended Minsk State College of Electronics and studied Information Technology. In 2006, they received a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from Belarusian State University. From 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Real Estate from De Anza College. In 2019, they attended UC Berkeley Extension and studied Interior Design and Interior Architecture. In 2020, they completed a program at Y Combinator called Startup School. That same year, they also completed a program at iPEC Coaching and obtained a Trained Professional Coach certification in COR.E Dynamics Performance & Executive Coaching. Anastasiya is currently enrolled at Stanford Continuing Studies and is studying Business Administration and Management, General. In April 2022, they obtained a Human Rights Consultant certification from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights.
