Ken Morris has worked in various roles in the IT and ITES industry since 1987. Ken began their career at Xerox India Ltd as a District Sales Manager in 1987. In 1992, they moved to Modi Olivetti Ltd as a Regional Manager. In 1996, they became Country Manager/Alliance Manager at Eastern Software Systems. Ken then joined Cymbal Corporation (Acquired by Patni/IGate/Cap Gemini) as a Business Development Manager in 2000. In 2004, they were appointed Director Sales, Business Development at IT and ITES Companies. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing services in the areas of revenue generation, US market entry strategies, strategic account management, offshore development operations and management, and business development strategies. During this period, they doubled revenues for one IT services company and opened up an offshore product development practice. Ken then joined Big Data BizViz as Member - Advisory Board, Head - Business Development, Americas in 2015. In 2018, they became a Member -Advisory Board of Travancore Analytics, providing outsourced software product development services. Currently, they are Managing Partner & CEO of Chordify, Inc.
Ken Morris has an education history that includes an MBA from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics in Transnational Executive MBA (TEMBA) from 2002-2003, an MMS in Marketing Management from Modern Education Societys Ness Wadia College of Commerce from 1992-1995, and a BSc Engg. in Electrical Engg. from College of Engineering Trivandrum. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Product Manager Certificate from Product School in November 2020, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence from Coursera in April 2020, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) from Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC) in April 2018, and CA-AM Certificate of Achievement in Alliance Management from The Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP) in August 2013.
