Tyrone Cotie

Tyrone has over 30 years of experience in progressively senior financial positions with the last 10 years focused on treasury.

In his current position, Tyrone is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s strategies for financial management including capital structure planning, liquidity, financial risk management and dividend policies.

Tyrone graduated from St. Mary’s University in Halifax with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honors) and subsequently obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG in Halifax. More recently, he completed FEI Canada/Queen’s University’s Leadership Beyond Finance program.

Tyrone is a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Saint Vincent University as well as the Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Investment Committee.
