Billy Vasquez

Billy Vasquez has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Billy started their career as an Analyst Programmer at PHIMCO Industries in 1987 and worked there until 1990. Billy then joined IBM as a Snr Analyst Programmer and stayed with the company until 2001. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Saudi Telecommunications Company for a year. In 2002, they joined EDS and served as an Information Specialist Sr until 2007. Billy then joined Telecom NZ as a Senior Business Analyst from 2007 to 2009. Billy then transitioned to HP Enterprise Services as a Technical Lead from 2010 to 2011. Billy joined Telecom New Zealand in 2011 and held roles as a Development Consultant from 2011 to 2012 and a Solution Architect from 2012 to 2014. Billy then worked at Saudi Telecom Company as a Business Analyst/Domain Architect from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Spark New Zealand as a Billing Capability Specialist for a brief period before they started their current position as a Senior Business Analyst at Chorus NZ Limited in December 2018.

Billy Vasquez studied at De La Salle University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. It is unknown when they attended Ateneo de Naga University and Naga Parochial School as the start and end years are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Billy obtained the TOGAF 9.1 certification from The Open Group in July 2013.
