Manny Gill

Manny Gill serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain for Video Security & Analytics at Motorola Solutions since 2019, managing a $130M budget and a team of over 600 while overseeing supply chain coordination across five companies following the Acquirer's acquisition of Avigilon. Previously, Manny was Vice President of Supply Chain at Avigilon from 2006 to 2019, where contributions to the start-up's development led to revenue growth from zero to over $460M, utilizing LEAN Six Sigma methodologies for supply chain optimization. Earlier career roles include Director of Operations and Manufacturing Manager at Point Grey Research, as well as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at iTera Manufacturing.
