Eric Deluca

Eric DeLuca is currently serving as the Director International Operations at Chotto Matte. Previously, he held leadership positions at various hospitality companies such as White Rabbit Projects, Trifecta Hospitality Group, The ONE Group, STK London, and The Hippodrome Casino. With a solid background in food and beverage management, training, and operational planning, Eric has successfully overseen multiple locations, implemented marketing strategies, and mentored junior managers for growth. His experience ranges from bartending at STK Las Vegas to managing food and beverage operations at The Hippodrome Casino. Eric holds an A.A.S. degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from SUNY Broome Community College.
