Ron D. Fisher

Ron D. Fisher serves as the Associate Director of Pastoral Care at Christ Church since May 2004, where responsibilities include leadership in pastoral care initiatives and volunteer recruitment, having developed over 300 volunteers for various community roles. Fisher also acts as the Director of Operations for IMPACT Ministries, overseeing departmental strategies for growth and vision alignment. In addition, Fisher is a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at Sussex County YMCA since August 2019, fostering an inclusive environment for all fitness levels. Previous experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Consultants For Corporate, where 100% client retention was achieved, and as a Group Sales Representative at Unum. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
