Mira Patel

Mira Patel is a seasoned UX/UI and Service Designer with extensive experience in user experience analysis and design. Currently serving as a Senior UX/UI + Service Designer at the Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand, Mira is contributing to the Te Ara Manaaki transformation programme. Previous roles include UX/UI Designer at PivotPoint and User Experience Analyst/Consultant at Fusion5, where responsibilities encompassed conducting usability tests, creating prototypes, conceptualizing design solutions, and facilitating client workshops. Educational qualifications include a Master of User Experience Design from Victoria University of Wellington, along with several degrees in Information Technology from the same institution and a Diploma in Web Development & UX from ACG YOOBEE School of Design.
