Susannah Wieck is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at ChristchurchNZ since November 2021. Prior to this role, Susannah worked at the University of Canterbury from October 2016 to July 2021, holding positions as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Susannah's experience also includes a brief tenure as a Recruitment Specialist at Canterbury District Health Board in early 2016, and previous roles as Senior HR Advisor and Human Resources Advisor at Lincoln University New Zealand from March 2007 to October 2010. Susannah holds a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Canterbury.
