Jake Matter

Jake Matter serves as the Human Resources Director at Christensen Farms, a leading integrated pork producer in the U.S., since August 2025. Previously, Jake held multiple roles at Polaris Inc., including Senior Human Resources Business Partner for both Off Road Supply Chain & Quality Engineering and Parts, Garments, and Accessories, where significant partnerships were established across various business units. At Ecolab, Jake contributed as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist, notably aiding in the development of a new industrial food safety business unit.
