Spencer Adams is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and sales. Currently serving as the Escalations Manager at Christian Care Ministry since January 2020, Spencer effectively coaches and empowers employees to manage client relationships while fostering team morale and performance. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Sales Manager and Vice President at DDP Colorado from July 2011 to April 2019, where Spencer focused on financial success through data analysis and managed significant accounts. Additionally, Spencer volunteered as Finance Manager and Travel Planner for The World Race, overseeing logistics and budgeting for a year-long mission trip across 11 countries.
