Gemma Ward

Gemma Ward has extensive experience in the hospitality and events management sectors, currently serving as the Sales Manager at Christian Conference Trust since May 2021. In this role, Gemma oversees sales efforts for three nationwide conference centres, including the market-leading Hayes in Derbyshire. Prior to this, Gemma held sales management positions at Holiday Inn Coventry M6 J2 and Radisson Blu Hotel East Midlands Airport, where responsibilities included account development and collaboration with sales teams to meet budgeting goals. Earlier career roles included Cluster Sales Executive at Jurys Inn Hotel Group and Senior Events Coordinator at Radisson Blu, demonstrating a strong background in event coordination and client relationship management. Educational achievements include a BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Castle College and GCSEs from Eastwood Comprehensive.
