Mathieu Sampson

Mathieu Sampson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as General Manager and Country Lead for the LVMH Beauty Division at Parfums Christian Dior since 2012. Mathieu has held various senior leadership roles, including General Manager for LVMH P&C Group ANZ and General Manager for the United Arab Emirates, as well as Regional Commercial Director for Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and India. Prior to joining Parfums Christian Dior, Mathieu gained valuable experience at L'Oréal in roles such as Regional Area Manager for Korea and Japan and Commercial Director for the UK and Ireland. Earlier career milestones include positions as a Market Analyst at the United Nations and Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Mathieu holds an MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees in Economics from the University of London and UCL.
