Arthur Watin-Augouard

International Tax Director at Christian Louboutin

Arthur Watin-Augouard has a strong background in tax and customs, with a focus on transfer pricing, M&A, tax planning/optimization, negotiation with tax authorities, and litigations. Arthur started their career as a Tax Lawyer at Fidal, where they provided tax advice to French and foreign groups in various areas of international corporate taxation. Arthur then joined Somfy Group as the Group Head of Tax & Customs, where they were responsible for transfer pricing policy, M&A, tax planning/optimization, negotiation with tax authorities, and litigations. Arthur also handled customs optimizations. Most recently, Arthur joined Christian Louboutin as the International Tax Director.

Arthur Watin-Augouard obtained a Paris Bar Certificate (Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat) from the Paris Bar school - Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in taxation (DESS de fiscalité appliquée) at PARIS V RENE DESCARTES UNIVERSITY from 1998 to 2003, with a focus on fiscalité des entreprises et personnes physiques and comptabilité.
