Andrew McEachern

Andrew McEachern has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Andrew began their career as a Solicitor at Rowe & Maw in 1987 and later joined Freehill, Hollingdale & Page in 1990. In 1991, Andrew moved to Shell UK, where they provided legal support for various upstream and downstream negotiations. From 1993 to 1999, they worked at Shell International, serving as a Legal Adviser and later as the Head of the Legal Department for the Shell Companies in NE Asia. In 2000, Andrew joined Goldman Sachs International as a Managing Director until 2009. Following this, they became the Global Director of People & Development at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, where they played a key role in managing human resources until 2015. In 2016, Andrew assumed the role of Global Head of Human Resources at Christie's, where they currently serve.

Andrew McEachern completed their LLB degree at Newcastle University from 1981 to 1984. Andrew then pursued their Solicitors Finals at Guildford College of Law from 1984 to 1985.
