Caroline Kelly started their work experience in 2007 as a Communications & Development staff member at the National Portrait Gallery. In 2007, they also worked as an Education & Development Assistant at Middlebury College Museum of Art. In 2008, they joined Christie's as a Senior Vice President and Senior Account Manager, focusing on Trusts, Estates & Appraisals.

Caroline Kelly attended Pembroke Hill School from 1994 to 2004. Caroline then went on to study at Middlebury College from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in History of Art & Architecture and Italian.
