Greenberg Glusker is the current General Counsel at Christina. Greenberg has extensive experience in advising early-stage and mature companies in navigating the intersection between state and federal law, general business representation, licensing, investment, and regulatory compliance. Prior to their current position, they were a Partner at Manzuri Law where they served as outside general counsel to leading operators, brands, and ancillary businesses in the cannabis, hemp and CBD industries throughout the U.S. Greenberg Glusker began their legal career as a Judicial Extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court where they read and summarized motions submitted to the court, as well as researched any supplemental and cited statutes and case law within the motions. Greenberg also issued tentative rulings on a variety of motions submitted to the court including Motions for Summary Judgment, and Motions in Limine. In addition to their work at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Greenberg Glusker also worked as a Legal Research and Motion Clerk at the Weissman Law Firm and as a Certified Law Student and Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Eric M. Moses.

Greenberg Glusker's educational career includes a J.D. from Southwestern Law School, a BA in Communications/Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and certification from the California Bar Association in Law Clerk.
