Grégoire LEFEVRE has an extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Starting from 1999, they worked at 3M where they served as a Pharmaceutical Business Controller, HealthCare Business Controller, and later became the Finance Business Leader. Grégoire then joined Laboratoires Cooper in 2006 as Head of the Controller's Team, where they optimized finance processes and implemented new reporting and closing processes. In 2008, they joined Moët Hennessy Diageo France as Head of the Controller's Team, focusing on repositioning the team in a Joint-Venture context. At SEPHORA France, they worked as the Financial Director, leading initiatives to improve margins and the ROI of store openings. Grégoire later became the CFO of SEPHORA Italia and successfully restored profitable growth. From 2017 to 2020, Grégoire served as the Global CFO of THÉLIOS, a joint-venture between LVMH and Marcolin, where they played a crucial role in structuring the newly created venture and establishing the finance function. Finally, they joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2020 as the CFO of Duty Free Global and is currently the Group CFO at Christofle.
Grégoire Lefevre began their education in 1992, attending Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France where they earned a DEUG A degree between 1992 and 1994. Grégoire then went on to study at Polytech Lille from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a degree in Engineering. In 1996, they enrolled in McGill University to study Project Management/Engineering for a year. Following that, they pursued a degree in Business Administration, earning a DESS CAAE degree from IAE France - Écoles Universitaires de Management between 1997 and 1998.
