Alfons Djawa

Alfons Djawa began their work experience in 1992 as a Member Of Faculty (Lecturer) at Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung. Alfons then worked as an HR Specialist at PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk from 1997 to 1999. After that, they served as an HR Site Manager at PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators, an Oil and Gas Construction EPC company for the remainder of 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as the Corporate Manpower Planning Manager and Program Manager at PT Intraco Penta Tbk, Volvo Construction Equipment. Following that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at PT. CAR Mercedes Benz from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as the GM Human Resources at Atlas Copco Nusantara. In 2011, they were appointed as the Human Resources Director at PT. Indopoly Swakarsa Industry Tbk. However, their tenure ended after six months. Alfons then transitioned to the role of Operation Director at PT CBC Indonesia, Member of Inenco Groups of Company, Australia from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they took on the position of Group Human Resources Director at CHRISTOPHER GUY and continued until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working as the Operation Director at PT HBSM.

Alfons Djawa has pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administrasi dan Manajemen Bisnis from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development. Alfons also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Executive MBA program in Administrasi dan Manajemen Bisnis from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Moreover, they obtained a DRS degree in Psikologi from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
