Melinda Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Melinda began their career at America West Airlines as a Ticket Agent in 1998 and later moved to Delta Air Lines in the same role in 2000. In 2003, they transitioned to American Express, where they held various positions, including Specialized Travel Counselor, Job Content Coach/Analyst, Instructor, Senior Project Analyst, and Manager of MIS & Analytics. In 2017, Melinda joined Christ's Church of the Valley, initially as an Interactive Technology Manager, and later took on the roles of Technical Project Manager and currently serves as the Interactive Technology Director.

Melinda Anderson attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. However, no specific degree was mentioned.
