Brenda Mast has over 20 years of experience in the field of Senior Living. Brenda began their career in 1987 with the United States Navy, where they served as an Aviation Maintenance Control for four years. In 1997, they transitioned to Sunrise Senior Living as an Executive Director, where they were responsible for operating startup, acquired, and turn-around properties. In 2013, Brenda Mast joined Christ's Home Retirement Community as a Personal Care Administrator. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the Personal Care Department and ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care.

Brenda Mast studied business administration and management at both Delaware Valley University and Montgomery County Community College.
