Christy Paddock

Christy Paddock is the Owner of Christy Paddock Advisors, LLC, providing expertise in management and leadership training, CFO transitions, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor and cash management, process development, and M&A advisory services since May 2016. In addition, Christy serves as a Senior Business Analyst at RISE Sports Advisors, specializing in management consulting for professional athletes since 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at BCforward, managing finance and HR for the largest IT consulting company in Indiana, and holding the position of Accounting Manager at Finish Line, overseeing various financial processes. Christy began a career in finance as a Controller at Man Alive from 2001 to 2006. A graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Christy Paddock brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial management and consulting.
