Mandy Nava

Mandy Nava possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service within the food industry. Since September 2016, Mandy has held dual roles as Quality Assurance Food Safety Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at C.H. Robinson and Robinson Fresh, respectively, where responsibilities include managing the quality and safety of perishable products and providing improvement recommendations. Prior to these roles, Mandy served as Key Account Manager at Cool-pak Solutions, overseeing account management and updates, and as Customer Service Representative at Garrison Cold Storage, where a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks were performed. Earlier career stages include roles at Forever 21 and Con-way Inc., focusing on e-commerce customer service and general office duties. Mandy has an educational background from East Los Angeles College.
