Vania Trejo

Vania Trejo has a diverse work experience. Vania currently holds the position of Associate Director, People and Culture at Chroma Medicine since June 2023. Prior to that, Vania worked at Regeneron in various roles such as HR Business Partner, Associate Manager of Talent Development, Senior Learning & Organizational Development Specialist, and Learning & Organizational Development Graduate Intern. Their tenure at Regeneron lasted from February 2017 to June 2023. Before joining Regeneron, Vania worked as a Sales Representative at United Healthcare from May 2015 to August 2016. Vania also gained experience as an Interviewer at Management Research Services, Inc. (MRS, Inc) during the same time period. Vania has further accumulated research experience as a Research Assistant at the Center for Urban Initiatives and Research from September 2012 to May 2014, as well as at the Psychology Department of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee from September 2012 to September 2013.

Vania Trejo holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Vania has obtained additional certifications including the Columbia Coaching Program Front End Intensive from Columbia University and certifications in Leadership Architect and Leadership Development and Succession Strategist from Korn Ferry and the Human Capital Institute (HCI) respectively.
