Natalie McGourty has a solid background in human resources, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Natalie started their journey in 2006 at Henry Riley LLP, where they began as a Recruitment Officer/Human Resources Assistant and gradually moved up to become a Human Resources Executive and eventually a Human Resources Manager. During their time at Henry Riley LLP, Natalie gained extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR management.

In 2017, Natalie joined Chromalox as the UK Human Resources Manager. In this position, they were solely responsible for building and managing the HR function in the UK. Their duties included handling generalist HR tasks such as record keeping, employee and manager inquiries, recruitment, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and redundancy handling. Natalie also ensured legal compliance by staying updated on changes in HR policies and procedures and effectively communicating these changes to employees. Additionally, they actively engaged with employees to address various topics such as policy change, benefits, training, and health and safety, and developed action plans and strategies to boost employee engagement.

Natalie's dedication and expertise led to their promotion to HR Business Partner EMEAI in 2022, followed by their current role as HR Director UK and MEA in 2023 at Chromalox.

Natalie McGourty completed their undergraduate education at the University of Sussex from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in German and Linguistics. Later on, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources and Employment Management from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, Natalie obtained the certification of MCIPD - Chartered Member of the CIPD from the CIPD institution, without specific information regarding the month and year of obtaining it.
