Maria G. has an extensive work experience in Human Resources, starting as a Manager of HR Consulting Services at Joel Strom Associates in 1995. Maria then moved on to become President at MG Management Services LLC in 2004, where they served until 2022. Following this, they transitioned to Director of Human Resources at Mar-Bal, Inc until 2022. Subsequently, they took on the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Core BTS in 2022, leading up to their current position as Vice President of Human Resources at ChromaScape from November 2023 onwards.

Maria G. received an MBA from Cleveland State University. Maria also obtained various certifications including Korn Ferry Leadership Architect in 2023, CQO Chief Question Officer in 2020, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015. Maria is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds another SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
