Carmen López

Carmen López has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Currently, they are working as a Senior Support Engineer at Chromatic, a company that specializes in UI testing and collaboration tools. Prior to this, Carmen was a student at Frontend Development Bootcamps, where they studied frontend development.

Before transitioning to the tech industry, Carmen worked as a User Happiness Manager at Remote from 2021 to 2022, and as a Customer Success Associate at Remo.co from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Country Manager for Spain & LATAM at Joom from 2017 to 2020, and as a Player Support Wizard at RJ Games from 2015 to 2017.

Carmen López has a diverse education history. Carmen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, where they studied from 2008 to 2014. Carmen continued their studies at the same university and earned a Bachelor's degree in World History from 2010 to 2014.

In 2015, Carmen pursued a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication & Media Studies | Interdisciplinary Studies at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. Carmen'smaster's program lasted until 2017.

To enhance their skillset, Carmen also completed several certifications and courses. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Free Coding Course: Intro to HTML and CSS" from BloomTech, "SheCodes Basics" from SheCodes, and "HR Fundamentals" from CIPD. Carmen further expanded their knowledge with certifications such as "Mapping & diagramming," "Miro essentials," and "Collaborative meetings" from Miro in 2022.

In 2023, Carmen enrolled in OpenBootcamp and focused on frontend development, particularly in React & Angular. Additionally, they completed certifications in "Become a Conversational Support Expert" and "Build an effective Conversational Support team" from Intercom.
