Carmen López has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Currently, they are working as a Senior Support Engineer at Chromatic, a company that specializes in UI testing and collaboration tools. Prior to this, Carmen was a student at Frontend Development Bootcamps, where they studied frontend development.

In 2023, Carmen enrolled in OpenBootcamp and focused on frontend development, particularly in React & Angular. Additionally, they completed certifications in "Become a Conversational Support Expert" and "Build an effective Conversational Support team" from Intercom.
