Ashley Willis has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. Ashley began their career at Velo Bike Shop in 2005 as a Sales Associate, then moved up to Sales Manager. In 2014, they joined Chrome Industries as a Store Manager. Here, they were responsible for the proper running and maintenance of the retail HUB, tracking and maintaining costs, payroll and store expenses within established budget, and developing strategies to grow HUB sales. Ashley then moved into the role of National Retail Manager, where they were responsible for setting expectations and achieving seamless execution of store operations across all six locations, developing and overseeing retail channel strategy and goals, and establishing the plan to achieve these strategies and goals. Ashley was then promoted to DTC Marketing Manager, where they drove the planning, development, and execution of go-to-market calendar for the digital team, owned email marketing creative production through development of creative briefs and copywriting, and owned email marketing production through campaign set up, testing, and scheduling email campaign sends. Finally, Ashley was promoted to Brand Experiences & Creative Manager, where they partnered with internal teams to run an agile marketing process, allocated resources based on capacity and priorities, and developed GTM plans that included intake documentation and creative briefs, project parameters and key milestones, and timeline estimates.
Ashley Willis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington between 2008 and 2012. In April 2022, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing certification from ICAgile.
