Kristen Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the research and consulting field.

Kristen started their career as a Department Administrative Assistant at the UW Madison; Department of Counseling Psychology in 2008.

In 2010, they joined AmeriCorps where they worked as an Instructor and later became a Youth Program Coordinator.

In 2014, Carpenter joined Takle Consulting Group as a Research Analyst, where they focused on drafting research reports and ensuring survey quality control.

Kristen then moved to Market Probe in 2014, where they held the position of Research Analyst and later became a Senior Research Analyst. In this role, they managed a customer experience program and presented findings along with recommending improvements for over 400 research studies per year.

In 2016, Carpenter joined J.D. Power as a Research Associate. Kristen gradually progressed within the company and took on roles such as Research Specialist, Associate, and Sr. Associate in the Consumer Insights team. Kristen'sresponsibilities included synthesizing large datasets, creating presentations for clients, and building custom and syndicated data dashboards. Kristen also managed syndicated and custom automotive research studies from beginning to publish.

Kristen Carpenter completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2007 to 2011. Kristen also studied Economics at Københavns Universitet / University of Copenhagen from 2009 to 2010, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
