Shea Heaver

Shea Heaver has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1991, they worked as a Support and Installation Manager at Interval Software Services, where they led development teams in designing and implementing a marketing and sales software system for vacation resorts worldwide. From 1995 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Interval International, where they established a Project Management Office (PMO) and implemented corporate-wide procedures and best practices for project execution.

In 2007, Shea joined BenefitMall as a PMO Manager, where they merged with CompuPay and successfully established a full PMO. From 2007 to 2014, they served as the VP of Technology at PMI South Florida Chapter, where they redesigned and relaunched the chapter's website, established social networking outlets, and built strategic relationships.

From 2013 to 2015, Shea worked as a PMO Controller at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., where they supported and championed control functions for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. In 2014, they founded Optimawork, an online Employee Engagement and Workplace Relationships improvement program.

Since 2015, Shea has worked as a Program Director at J.D. Power, where they serve as the on-site business and technical liaison at Southeast Toyota, responsible for planning and executing projects and ongoing activities. Since 2017, they have also been the Director of North America Operations at BP2W - An Even Better Place to Work. Additionally, starting in 2021, Shea serves as the Chief Inspiration Officer for Inspiring Workplaces in Miami and South Florida.

Shea Heaver attended SouthWest College in Northern Ireland from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Computer Science. They did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
