Tracy Mills has over 19 years of professional work experience in various roles in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Tracy is currently working as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at J.D. Power since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Li-Cycle from February 2021 to November 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Tracy worked at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. Before that, they gained extensive experience at Endress+Hauser Group, where they held multiple positions including Human Resources Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter (National), and Human Resources | Health & Safety Coordinator and Corporate Recruiter (National).

Tracy started their professional career as a Lead Technical Recruiter at TES - The Employment Solution in 2011. Tracy then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Independent Consultant from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Tandet in 2006 and as a Technical Recruiter at Design Group Staffing from 2005 to 2006.

Tracy began their career in 2002 as an Industrial Recruiter at ATS Reliance. Throughout their career, Tracy has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.

Tracy Mills has an education history that includes enrollment at Sheridan College. In 2000 to 2002, Tracy pursued a field of study in Investigations - Public & Private. In 2010, Tracy also attended Sheridan College to study Payroll Administration.
