Karsten Dinesen

Karsten Dinesen has worked in a variety of roles since 1995. Karsten began their career as a Project Manager at COWI, followed by an Associate role at A.T. Kearney in 2000. In 2002, they joined Lundbeck as Head of Sales Excellence, where they established a department within Commercial Operations and conducted sales excellence projects in six subsidiaries. In 2006, they moved to ALECTIA as Markedschef. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Novozymes in various roles, including Senior Manager, Senior Manager of the Technical Project Management Office, and Head of Portfolio Management. Most recently, they joined Chromologics in 2022 as Scale-up and Product Supply, where they are responsible for building a supply set-up to support the transition from a development organization to production company.

Karsten Dinesen obtained their MBA from the University of Cambridge between 1999 and 2000. Karsten then went on to receive their MSc in Environmental Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark between 1990 and 1995.
