Arvind Sivaraman has a range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Arvind began their career at Maruti Suzuki India Limited as a Trainee, where they were responsible for developing a Department safety manual. Arvind then worked as an Intern at GE Energy, focusing on fatigue evaluation of gas engine crankcase. At Bharat Forge Ltd, Sivaraman served as an Assistant Manager, being involved in technical development of suspension systems and military applications and introducing process standardization for product design. Arvind later joined Tata Technologies as a Senior Engineer, working with a major UK-based automotive client and conducting research on vehicle level durability.

In the field of performance marketing, Sivaraman held various roles. At Joblift, they served as a Performance Marketing Manager, utilizing machine learning techniques and big data-based algorithms to optimize matches between employers and applicants. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Performance Marketing Manager at Joblift, focusing on search engine marketing and display marketing for the UK and FR markets. Arvind also gained experience as a Performance Marketing Intern, undertaking planning and execution of online marketing campaigns and optimizing ROI for existing campaigns.

Following their time at Joblift, Sivaraman joined Trade Republic as a Performance Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing activities on various platforms and developing customer acquisition strategies. Most recently, they held positions at CHRONEXT, starting as a Team Lead SEA before progressing to Head of Performance Marketing and eventually becoming the Director of Marketing. In these roles, Sivaraman managed the profitability of the marketing department and built teams to achieve strategic goals. Arvind also executed performance marketing activities across multiple channels, negotiated and executed TV campaigns, and focused on scaling the business and international expansion.

Arvind Sivaraman's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the BMS Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2010. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2012. Later on, Arvind attended the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Operations.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Arvind has also obtained several certifications. Arvind received the AdWords Display Certification and AdWords Mobile Certification from Google in June 2018. In October 2017, they acquired the Advanced Google Analytics certification, and in September 2017, they obtained the AdWords Search certification, both also from Google.
