Kris Scott

Kris Scott is an experienced Program Manager for Transportation Projects at the Oregon Department of Transportation since November 2021, with a background in project management from the State of Oregon where a role was held from March 2009 to November 2021. Kris Scott operates as a Franchisee with Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc. and co-owns Bomb Cat Ventures, LLC, both since March 2017 and March 2018, respectively. Prior military service includes roles as a Recruiter/Recruiter in Charge in the US Navy and as a Quality Assurance/Ordnance Control Petty Officer aboard USS Carl Vinson, contributing to operations in support of OEF/OIF. Kris Scott holds a Certification in Telecommunications from Salt Lake Community College and an MBA from Willamette University, specializing in project management through the Oregon Project Management Certification Program.
